Keywords

By default, when an asset is saved, the source image filename will be saved as a keyword

Primary Category

The Primary Category is for ownership rights of the asset. This MUST be selected to ensure that the asset is included in the master library.

Categories

The ‘Primary Category’ must be selected in the overall category list for inclusion. Also ensure that you select the primary category of any sub-category you may choose. Selecting the sub-category alone will not permit the asset to be saved.
